Pilates Now 2 Days A Week @ SoBo
Kendra's Pilates began in May and she is having such great success that she added another day. In addition to her 11 am Tuesday class, she has added Thursdays at 9 am!
Created to provide a comfortable, pleasing and welcoming space for local teachers to offer classes and workshops to the community.
Currently, there are several teachers offering weekly yoga, tai chi, chi gong and karate classes, in addition to intermittent sessions of Gokhale method and Pilates.
