We're sorry we can't seem to make the online schedule to cooperate with our Google calendar so here's what's going on in October.

Created to provide a comfortable, pleasing and welcoming space for local teachers to offer classes and workshops to the community.
Currently, there are several teachers offering weekly yoga, tai chi, chi gong and karate classes, in addition to intermittent sessions of Gokhale method and Pilates.
