Created to provide a comfortable, pleasing and welcoming space for local teachers to offer classes and workshops to the community.
Currently, there are several teachers offering weekly yoga, tai chi, chi gong and karate classes, in addition to intermittent sessions of Gokhale method and Pilates.
We would like to announce the addition of Monday Madness with Mary Paffard throughout November with the exception of Monday, November 25th. Classes begin at 7:30 am.
Also, Abeja will hold Gokhale on Sundays and Mondays throughout November from 7-8:30 pm.
