Unfortunately, this Thursday (9/19) will be Kendra's last Pilates class. We'll miss you, Some good news though, we're happy to report that Elizabeth Jenson will pick up Kendra's slots beginning in October.

Created to provide a comfortable, pleasing and welcoming space for local teachers to offer classes and workshops to the community.
Currently, there are several teachers offering weekly yoga, tai chi, chi gong and karate classes, in addition to intermittent sessions of Gokhale method and Pilates.
