Kendra McEwen
Kendra started practicing mat Pilates in 2003 and immediately fell in love with it, finding it to be an intelligent and effective method of low-impact yet high-return exercise. In 2018 she completed 50 hours of STOTT Pilates Intensive Mat teacher training at Blue Sparrow Pilates in San Francisco and immediately started teaching at Studio SoBo. Kendra has used Pilates to find relief from chronic back pain and she teaches classes with a focus on fundamental skills in order to build body awareness and improve posture, coordination and flexibility while exercising core muscle groups in a balanced way.
